What does a (green) professional want from a mobile service?
We’ve been hearing that mobilezone might be interested in setting up their own mobile service, most probably as a MVNO. They’ve been circulating an email questionnaire asking people three questions about their current mobile service. These are
Question 1/ What are the two best things that you like about your current mobile network service provider ?
Question 2/ What are the two things you most dislike about your current mobile network service provider ?
Question 3/ What would it take for a new company to make you switch from your current mobile network service provider ?
You have to give them credit for one thing, they are very direct. So, in the interest of ‘having our voice heard’, what does the GnW community want from a new mobile service? Specially, what does a (green) professional want? We’ve seen telenor’s djuice, mobilink’s jazz, ufone’s prepay and now zong catering to the young hip hop crowd, and telenor’s persona, mobilink indigo, ufone’s postpay and warid’s zahi focus on the executives, however, i feel that the ‘professionals’ have been left out in this equation!
Speak up guys, what is it that you want?

Well this is a good initiative where people are being asked for how their mobile networks are catering to their needs…personally speaking iam pretty much satisfied with my network that is Djuice….firstly they have new offers every now and then which includes really low call rates also free sms. Recently Djuice has launched it new campaign which Djuice Ik paisa offer in which you can call any special friend of yours 1 paisa per second 24 hrs a dayyy ..n if a djuice user is already using their 5 friends and family offer..he/.she can add one more number to the existing list and cal calll for 1 paisa per second……unlike Ufone and Mobilink there is no time contraint in this….one can avail this offer any time of the day for just 1 paisa per second……………

In response to Ranias comment all i would like to say is once again in all the offers which are offered by djuice or Ufone..there are many limitations..either of time or either of calling one person for a given rate. i would by far prefer Jazz 68 Paisa offer as it has no time limit and also doesnt limit to only one number….it is just 68 paisaa wherever and whenever….its a great way to start the year and yes i really like the TVC most of all
2:59 pm
One must check out the new Telenor PErsona packages ..there are 3 new packages and there are free minutes low line rent and loads of other facilities as well…i just check dem out……for further details you could log on to http://telenor.com.pk/postpaid/pricePlans.php

all what i want frm my network provider would be excellent service in terms of network..talk time and also other facilities like new offers and packages….reading what nevisis has said abt the new packages of telenor persona….i would still stand by Mobilink indigo…blackberry works the level best coz of it and besides that Ppl should stay to the three questions asked….
answer one: excellent network..affordable rates/ offers
answer 2:none
answer 3: ummm dont know….by the way i already switched from Ufone then to Telenor and now Mobilink and have no plans to switch further.
3:18 pm
answer one: iam a djuice user and i love their new offer djuice ik paisa…in one paisa u can talk on any network all the time on any one special number…..so for me yes their offers i dont think any other network actually goes abt formulating such offers….secondly their networkk reaches every kalam kaghan every where
answer two: seriously none previously the fact that not having credits hindered us to make a call but now as they have the Call me back facility..there is nothin i wud like to change
answer 3: clueless
3:20 pm
answer one: agreeing wid sameer the network and the offers of Telenor
secondly: i feel the tvcs are too loud…
thirdly: may be if in future if they do not maintain the same standard….myte be a possibility….

hey all….i would always suggest and go for Mobilink at all times…what i think that they have been the trend setters in the Telcom industry and others have followed very convenientlyy…be it their services, promotions or marketing strategies all is commendable..Their products taking Jazz into account there is Jazz ladies first Jazz one, JAzz Octane and Jazz budget…i dont think any other network provides such variety to choose from..Once again Indigo..the packages have been revived introduced every now and then..for me they have always made their place through their performance and hard work…so i would still think that their services and offers above all have been catering to the needs of their subscribers in the best way they can….
