*NComputing tops in Asia Pacific for enterprising client device shipments*

*Karachi**, 25 October: *NComputing, a global leader in desktop virtualization, has been ranked 1 for enterprising client device shipments in Asia Pacific by International Data Corporation (IDC).

IDC’s Q2 2010 Worldwide Enterprise Client Devices Tracker ranked the company number 1 for its shipments record which stood at 25.2% share and fastest quarter on quarter growth at 50.2% (when combining the thin client and terminal client categories).

In Pakistan, NComputing technology has also been implemented by Government of Punjab recently in 4286 secondary schools benefiting 3.4 million students annually.

Desktop virtualization represents the most disruptive change in the economics of IT since the PC and NComputing is leading the transformation and making significant market traction in Asia Pacific and emerging markets which have been the fastest early adopters of desktop virtualization deployment.
