Wanted Profile:

• Be a highly technical Guru and visionary
• Vast experience , knowledge and strong ability of programming in PHP with working knowledge of MySQL (scalable database driven websites), JavaScript, (X)HTML, CSS and other web technologies
• Extraordinary skills of brainstorming in order to develop requirements specification for web application, including technical specifications and application features lists.
• Passionate about web technologies, usability, analytics and has systematic approach
• Practical experience of using open source software and practice in developing sophisticated web based e-commerce solutions
• Attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Young, energetic and self-starter with Entrepreneurial spirit
• Firm grasp on modern web standards and best practices
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and get the site up live, tested and bug free

Education:
• Pursuing BS Computer Sciences or already completed
• Proven track record of successful projects in PHP and MySQL

Compensation:

• Percentage and ownership of the company with aim of launching the startup together
• This is not a JOB, but an invitation to work as Technical business founder for a Web 2.0 startup in Pakistan
• Initially you can work from home or parallel to your studies/professional work
