I can bet, you can’t do these kind of works in your own(my) country. Give me the same resources, funds and other support and I will show you more than that. Sorry dear. I have also did the same, and has increased backup power in a local made/designed unit by 300% (backup time extended from 3 hours to 12 hours. But without any recognition, all goes to my junk folder.

12x power reduction in a specific subsystem of cellphone which is related to radio, this does not results in 12x power reduction overall. Remember cellphones also have display, storage and processing subsystems as well.
