However, they will not have access to your server-side logic and your SQL structure. These are the more important aspects; the actual 'process' by which you create value. You may also have other mechanisms to provide strategic advantages such as highly optimized database and web clusters, intelligent session management, machine learning profiles, etc. It's not all about a pretty face (HTML), something beauty lies a step deeper :-) They can see the source code of your HTML, and perhaps your JavaScript/CSS.
