Unfortunately, this is true for these parts - dozens of useless LOCs that are nearly impossible to maintain and almost always take a complete rewrite... ofcourse by that time the guy&#039;s probably left your firm anyway.

Just from looking at blogs, people everywhere in the world are aggressive about finding ways of making better, more maintainable, faster, stronger code - constantly learning, exploring and improving how they do things.

People here might be the exact opposite... if you follow blogs you&#039;ll see more discussion on finding prebuilt libraries and modules just so they dont have to do much at all (and can blame the library if the code fails) and talk about disregarding much of whats important in coding quality.

Oh and dont get me started about usability...no no no..</description>
