Its mostly an eye opener for new web 2.0 startups who think its all about glossy, shiny web designs. In fact all the gigantic web 2.0 success story had very little such designs i.e. Facebook, Digg, delicious, reddit and flickr etc are purely CSS based designs ( mostly done by developers). All that matters is what interesting and quality services you provide to users in not so shiny ways but with a friendly user experience. yeh, exactly( me too ).
