  we can adopt the following measures to improve the quality in education:-

  While increasing participation and reducing inequities remain considerable challenges for many countries, improving quality of education for all is the most important challenge faced by educators around the world. It is critical to assure that all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to participate as productive citizens in their local and global communities.

  Improving educational quality requires simultaneous and systematic attention to many important issues. Quality is about student learning outcomes and the educational environment. It is about the teachers and the teaching and learning process. It is about effective leadership as well as competent system management and administration which we have with the grace of Almighty Allah in IIU Alhamdulillah. It is about the effective, efficient, and equitable delivery of inputs as well as the distribution of outputs and outcomes. It is about creating broad-based participation in a unified effort to improve education. It is about aligning goals, objectives, and investments across all levels.

  We can manage a two week seminar for this purpose. This two-week seminar is required to gives participants the opportunity to look broadly at the challenge of improving quality in education systems and explore all dimensions of quality in education with colleagues from around the world.

  Thinking broadly and systematically about efforts to improve quality in education systems

  Understanding all dimensions of the debate about quality in education

  Identifying meaningful quality indicators

  Strengthening data and information systems on all levels to support increased quality

  Developing effective monitoring and evaluation systems

  Improving Quality in Education Systems may be designed for policy makers, planners, managers, researchers, and other professional educators concerned with the design, implementation, and delivery of quality education for all.

  The seminar is most appropriate for Academic Staff and individuals with at least three years of experience in a decision-making or senior management role, or as senior staff in areas like policy analysis, research, planning, or monitoring and evaluation. The seminar is also useful for individuals who are moving into more senior positions and who will be assuming increased levels of responsibility for improving quality in education.

  Country and Institutional Teams

  Ministries, educational institutions, and donor agencies if any may be encouraged to send teams of three to five participants. Teams offer opportunities for shared learning and reinforcement of new ideas. They also increase the potential for application of new insights and understandings.

America has unwritten constitution but is in practice and we have these unwritten things but are in practices.One who does not care about these essential thing will go into grave but will not get any benefit .His scholarly approach may be equivalent to Quaid –e- Azam or any great Scholar but in vain.”Mere wishes can catch no fishes”.
  The nation can never do progress where golden principles are neglected and which does not give value and weight to the talent and ability.Bundle of degrees is something else and talent and ability is something different.God has not created even a stone useless.There are God gifted abilities,talent potentials and things amongst the human being.Finding them out and to make their utilization is essential . Where talent is not appreciated and given honor and value ,extraordinary achievements can not be made.600 pages can be written Upon the topic of right man at right place.For these circumstances of this time God utilized Iqal,s mind as instrument and he described the satiation as under:- “WOH MUHAZZAZ THEY ZAMANEY MAIN MUSALMAN HO KAR

When Sulaiman Alaihissalam was flying in the Air and heard the voice of an aunt, he took pity upon it.He came down with his battels,Division.and his this act of taking pity upon a little creature was so much liked by the God that He reveled a complete “Sura e Namal” with this reference. And name of little animal aunt is associated with the name of Sura which is proof that God does not like the world of status.
  When Quresh-e- makka Came to the Prophet and said that the clothes of yours friends are not well etc so we can,t come to you because of them and set aside them,we shall come to you and dignity of your Majlis will increased.A complete Aya and orders from God came, not to set a side those poor friends Whom Status was less then rich leaders and authorities of Quresh.etc .So if injustice is being done with any little employee we should not feel shame to help him.
  Islam does not give the lesson of creating hurdles in the way of Progress of those who want that Orders of God may be preffered and implimented while obeying the seniors and there should be rule of God upon the Land of God, as Soverignty belongs to Him.He can ask that , I was your Khalik and Malik and You neglected my orders and preffered/ obeyed the order of your senior in greed of your service benefits,Why? “HUKMARAN HAY IK WOHI BAQI BATANI AAZARI”
  That is why “Any thing repugnant to Holly Quran and Sunneh is null and void as per Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan” the supriame Law of the land.” But practically neither we could finish Ribba nor other things.

  Let me introduce the Dawansar,Ghuchhn,Naanga ,Barheh,Banni,Dera Lal Khan,Meerajaani.This is a valley of Dawansar at front side of Thandiani at its double height and at back side of Kotla/Basali,Abbottabad,from where you can see the kashmir under-feet.these places are parodize upon the earth.Having no example in beauty and attraction. And the best natural Picnic spots But because of having no facility of Road people know less about these places.But the whole valley is full of natural beauty having no example .I have seen with my open eyes the Dawansar,Ghuchh,Naanga,Barheh,Banni,Byedaar,Killeh, Dera Lal Khan and Meerajani.There is no comparasion in beauty with these places upon the earth.Unfortunately the picnic spot, Valley of Dawansar is disappeared from the eyes of the people because of having no facility of Road there.
  When beautiful flowers are waiting to kiss the hands and figures and a valley looks like a parodize upon the earth.When smiling needles and hairs of pine trees are moving and and seen as dancing /singing and clouds bring an aanchal and birds sings a song.When streams and rivers express their emotions/ affection and funny . When greenery is waiting to kiss the bare feet and fresh and cold breaz of air, full and loaded of perfume of flowers and rose prattles are waiting to embrace and the cold and clean water of the valley is thirsty to touch the sweet and soft lips and voices of the songs of birds are touching the ears. When shadows of the trees give proof of faithfulness and waves of waters are touching the neck and make an act of piety.When birds do throw the flowers and leaves prattles upon the head and the trees make listen the loari and the grassy land having shadow of trees takes in the lap. How you can forget the Galyat and Beautiful vally of having in the lap the Dawansar,Ghuchh,Barheh,Naanga,Banni ,Dera Lal Khan and meerajani near Beerangali and at front of Thandiani at its double hight from where the kashmir is seen underfeet.

  All people of the world worship God but the God sends Darood and “Salaat”upon his beloved Prophet Muhammad ur Rasoolullah (peace be upon him) and not only this but also assigned this duty to the angles to do so.and ordered those who beleive him to do so also as it is favourate routine of the God Almighty and a matter of love and effection.
  The pilgrammage of the angles is that a group of them come to the Grave of the Holly Prophet everyday in the morning/Dawn and the group came once will never have a chance to come again till the end as they are in majority.
  Neither the God has sent us to collect the wealth nor make properties but to worship him and follow his beloved Prophet who loves God and to whom the God almighty loves more than all.
