When I call to Wateen Reps they say Whole country is surfing this issue, so Wateen is down in the Whole country they are upgrading to 2 mb and something's gone worse that's damaged the current setup too. So it's better to move to PTCL Broad Band, Two of my cousing moved from Wateen to PTCL 2 mb connection Unlimited with 220 kb speed and they are quiet happy with it's performance, I've tested PTCL, it's really nice. They had awesome internet service. Recently I had to shift to Rawalpindi, and here I didn't have PTCL phone connection. So I had to buy wireless Wateen connection, UNLUCKILY. Wateen is the worst internet service available in Pakistan. They have the worst customer support. They will never actually solve ur problem and will keep bullshitting you. I have unlimited connection, but when I try to download some thing from torrent, the maximum speed I get is 20 kbps. I ll soon be quiting this nightmare service.
