Osama, btw i feel there is something wrong with the stats. Not quite sure, but a sudden spike in a couple of posts - may be there are reasons. Also the site hasn't changed much on alexa (given that it's not really accurate) relative to the stats shown. Again I am no expert ... just my thoughts :) I second Osama on this :)

One thing about analytics – if you’re highlighted in an aggregator, e.g. Shared Google Reader or Paul Graham’s list it doesn’t show up on analytics – didnt know that did you?

As Nash said Google Analytics is really great. If you are looking for real-time stats, statcounter.com is what I use. Its great and free!
