Javascript version of a Scrybe-like Calendar
When Scrybe Corp introduced their flex-based calendar (based, atleast according to some, on OpenLazlo), it might have caused some envy among web2.0 companies that hadn’t taken the flash bet.
I stumbled across this calendar demo that is a fairly smooth equivalent built entirely in Javascript (i.e. no flash or special downloads required).
Its pretty neat – try double-clicking in a cell.
Ofcourse that is just a demo and the major part of what makes Scrybe useful comes from being able to add new calendar days in natural language (“Dinner at 6pm at Freddy’s with John” type of things) – I imagine that would be more difficult to implement.

Yeah I saw it last night, and thought about Scrybe right away
the natural language input isn’t that hard (from tech point of view). Most of the calendars (ie. google calendar etc) support it…
PS: Its nice to see G&W back
