Aliph’s Jawbone gets additional funding from Sequoia Capital
As reported by Techcrunch, Aliph, the company that has made the the Jawbone noice cancellation headset, has raised an investment of undisclosed size from Sequoia Capital, bringing the total capital raised to $14MM+.
Aliph is a silicon valley company led by Pakistani CEO Hosain Rahman, who founded this company with Alex Asseily who met as Stanford undergrads. Their product is considered best-in-class as a noise cancellation device.
From the video below, I would tend to agree — Jawbone performs better than the noice cancellation devices I’ve experienced myself — and looks like a winner too.
