In these articles I will try to focus on the situation from employees perspectives. i will write about what are the different organizational structures that exist. point out problems and expectations an employee has from these organizations. and maybe some suggestions on how to improve your setup so an employee likes to be part of your organization

Here are my few points
1. I think the companies should follow the oDesk kind of Payment Method, where the employee is paid on per hour basis rather than on monthly basis.
2. But for Point # 01, you should follow a good project plan rather than blaming the coder for not completing the project in time (and working on Weekends for the company).
3. I totally agree that the skill set of the graduates are not up to the mark, but this thing can be improved, when I was studying at FAST, we usually conduct 2-3 Seminars/Workshops per month on different technologies for our batch mates. So, the Companies should conduct skill oriented sessions at different campuses as well as at their organization.
4. Employees usually don’t like working on the projects which is already 50% – 75% completed, so rather than learning from the project they do all the User Acceptance Testing. (which is a de-motivating thing)
