Infact our organizations are in need of good, energetic and motivated team members. During the whole day sessions I almost met 60+ people and gave them a true picture of what career is all about. What they need and what strategy they should take up to acheive their career goals. This for all the young chaps; please please get out of salary syndrome and do what you actually want to do, after some time you will feel that you are actually earning more than what you were expecting.
