		<description>I highly recommend http://www.basecamphq.com. You can use Goplan (http://goplan.info/) as a free alternative for smaller projects, it&#039;s equally as good.

I read an article on Web Worker Daily some months back that gave the perfect answer to your problem, they reviewed lots of different project management tools and techniques. Can&#039;t find the link to that blog entry sadly. 

Using GoogleDocs, Gmail and GCalendar is also a very viable option, which helps keep all data in a central place. But this is only good if everyone uses GDocs, and not half the people are on MS Office, and the other half on GDocs. You can use GCal to track milestones and Gmail for centralized communication and integration with GCal. Its all free too :)

Check out this link (scroll to the &#039;Project Management and Team Collabortion&#039; section), some really nice Web2.0 tools that you might be able to make use of.
