We are a growing economy and lot of foreign companies are looking to invest in our country and some of them already started their operations. Each company brings its HR requirements and always look for best talent.

Are we clear what all these companies are actually looking for? I think the answer is big No.
We seriously need a good, solid and targeted approach, each one of us has the potential but we lack direction. If we can identify the purpose of our lives and define our mission statement than life will be very different. We will not see hopeless and de-motivated people all around us but people with energy, enthusiasm and gung-ho attitude.
