July 1st, 2009 at 1:07 pmOr its just that I havent really been looking after this site for the past 6 months or so – there are other editors too but you have to remember this gnw has always been a complete community-run initiative… there’s no central authority and fulltime people looking after it.

You’d have to trust me to make sure that the story isnt biased and that the writer doesnt have any vested interests there.

2- Freedom of Expression doesnt apply. You come to our site, which means you’re a guest in our house if you will. There are ettiquetes to follow.
3- You’re right that since this is our house the ability to comment is a priviledge we’re giving and we have the right to set rules about the place. IF this was a fully-open area then freedom of expression would apply completely.
4- You’re welcome to your opinion but dont expect me to do anything about it if you’re going to be rude expecting the world to fall at your feet…. fortunately I have the right to how I react to your opinion as well.
