A little while ago a bunch of people at Facebook have changed their profile pictures to this picture. Started by Faisal Qureshi at the "I AM Pakistan" group, he says this info:

If you believe in Pakistan and if you believe in yourself, I invite you to join in Pakistan’s first e-rally.

All that you have to do is change your profile picture to this one:

This is a rally just to show the world that we’re united and we’re one. Just change your profile picture in large numbers, and let the world see that we stand united, and that we ARE Pakistan.

let’s take ownership of our 2by2. It’s time to stop shifting responsibility.

I dont understand the background of the "2by2" concept but it just seems like a rally for the sake of rallying, which Faisal is particularly fond of.

Still, its an interesting social media activity – you guys should follow it or join in!
