Notice how they’re also particularly rude by using all caps for PAKISTAN every time. Its like they’re using the word as an insult.

  3. Suleman Said:

I guess, that would be there standard for blocked countries. I just checked the site, and I got the same message for Saudi Arabia as well.

  4. Monocoque Said:

Content owner put this restrictions on website not to show content outside countries they operate in.

Veoh is loosing traffic and it is their problem. I am happy with Vuze and BitTorrent in Pakistan.

Is this post for real ? Is today April 1st ?

  6. Ejaz Asi Said:

Veoh and other video websites are constantly in pressure of rising video demands and bandwidth limitations despite the fact bandwidth and network storage prices have come down worldwide (in Pakistan too?) so I am not really surprised that Veoh has shut down Pakistan based traffic along with 21 other countries from which traffic does not constitute much wealth. It’s pure business decision and I think they’re somewhat right about it. If not, then condemn every teleco, ISP and other business leaving out cities like Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan in their initial startup ventures and only catering to the big three Isloo, Lhr and Karachi.

  7. Ejaz Asi Said:

sorry for wrong no. of countries. Actual no. of countries being blocked by Veoh could be well over 150.
    Welcome to discrimanatory internet :)

@OSAMA>>im sure its not meant as an insult, just to get attention and make viewers clearly understand and not miss it.. maybe we have come down to a level that we actually have started to feel it as an insult. paranoia my friends :-) .
