Hi new visitor! At Green & White we discuss startups, business models, new media marketing, usability and more.

You can subscribe to the RSS feed or subscribe for email alerts so that you keep up to date with the latest content. Now, on with the regular content...

The Pakistan Software Houses Association has finally gotten around to setting up a blog for highlighting new companies. Its a very well put-together design, emphasizing pictures and videos and news items.

Update: I’m told they’re still adding in cool new features and testing it before its ready for public consumption – so lets all wait in anticipation until that happens and then we can announce it.
This is good news and I remember asking them to do this atleast three times – organizations like PASHA and PSEB source a lot of interesting news from IT companies but often they dont have a way to update this information rapidly. With a blog they should be able to push out news items within minutes.

Ofcourse, they couldve just acquired Green & White to save themselves the design and content costs ;) But lets hope it adds to the growing set of professional blogs in the country.

Tip for the PASHA Blog – They need to think about adding a face to it with a certain writing style. Other companies within PK have also experiemented with blogs but all we see are press release style prose people tend not to phase out and not revisit.
