A company based out of San Mateo, CA — with a small development backoffice in Khi — just received $10M in Series B funding from Motorola and their Series-A VC.

MobileComplete has a good idea — they sell custom-built handsets whose firmware continuously tracks client-side QoS parameters. Mobile operators can deploy a fleet of those all across their cells to capture live data under different stress or peak conditions on the network.

It is a useful (read: cost-saving) product idea, and they already boast Cingular and Helio as customers.

Good luck to them, and I hope more of that Series-B comes into boosting their PK operations.
